Charlie is the owner of Home Advantage Mortgage. He has over 15 years of mortgage banking experience and prides himself on finding the right program to fit each and every borrower. He has extensive knowledge and experience with all types of borrowers and programs. Charlie is a 1987 graduate of Boston College with a degree in Mathematics. He is the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Chelmsford High School.

Mary-Jo has been the Office Manager at Home Advantage Mortgage since March, 2000. A graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts, Mary-Jo and her family reside in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Marc's career has run the gamut in the banking industry. He worked 18 years at Union National Bank, one of the largest banks in Middlesex County, and several more years at the United States Trust Company in Boston, Massachusetts. He held several positions on both the retail and administrative sides of the banks, achieving the title of Vice President at both companies. During the mid 80's, Marc was involved in the residential construction business, responsible for the development of several new homes in the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire. He began his career in the mortgage industry in 1989, and has been with Home Advantage Mortgage since 1994. As a senior mortgage broker, Marc brings a vast amount of experience and knowledge to the company. Marc and his family reside in Lowell, Massachusetts.
